She was born in Heraklion Crete in Greece (1979).In 1996 she got a scholarship from the "STUDIO BALLET de MARSEILLE" in France and she studied for 2 years.She graduated from the "STATE SCHOOL of DANCE" of Athens in 2001.In 2002 she got the scholarship from "Alex.Onassis" Foundation.

She has collaborated as a performer with many theater directors such as N.Koundouros,Th.Karakatsanis,P.Gallias, K.Rouggeri, as well as musicians (D.Savvopoulos,G.Dalaras,V.Dimitriou,N.Mavroudis,J.Markopoulos) for performances in Herodium Theatre and Epidavros.She was a participant of the ceremony at the Paraolympic Games 2004.

She has attented various seminars and workshops in contemporary dance and improvisation with William Forsythe, Chris Haring, David Zambrano, Milan Herich, Antonis Foniadakis.

She has performed as a free-lancer repertoire from Richald Alston, Daniel Lommel, Valia Alexandratou. From 2001 till today she has worked as a performer with the above dance companies: "Greek National Opera","Opera de Toulon","Haris Mantafounis Contemporary Dance Company","Prosxima ", "Zita","Imeros","Eldor","Aferente" of Alain Rivero,"Natassas Zouka Dance Theater Company","Art" Dance Theater of Artemis Ignatiou and "Roes" Dance Theater of Sofia Spyratou.
